LynchMar Consulting is led by Marion Caulwell, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector. 

Marion spent 13 years as Head of Investor Relations for two prominent Irish Public Companies, where she was responsible for building and overseeing the Investor Relations function, including managing all stages of a successful Initial Public Offering on the Dublin and London Stock Exchanges.

Her extensive career includes close collaboration with PLC Boards, Stock Exchanges, Stockbrokers, and International Fund Managers. Marion has also led the organisation of Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Capital Markets Days, Investor Roadshows, and presentations at Investor Conferences.

These experiences clearly reflect Marion's ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and create measurable value for stakeholders at all levels.
